This place is absolutely mind-blowing! The location is super central, within easy walking distance to restaurants, cafes, and the jaw-droppingly beautiful beach. The property is equipped with everything you could possibly need, from a full-size kitchen and two bathrooms to a flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi. The private patio area is perfect for outdoor dining and safe for kids to play. Plus, the free parking is a huge bonus. With activities like hiking, canoeing, fishing, horseback riding, and even a golf course and tennis court nearby. And did I mention the beach access? Wow! I can't recommend this place enough, especially for those who want a smoke-free environment.

the cottage was comfortable, especially the beds, and the kitchen was spacious. I also enjoyed the off, road parking and the collection of books on the second floor.
The communal areas had a strong smell of smoke, which affected the overall cleanliness. the carpets were not well, maintained, with dust and rubbish under the beds.

Abbey Cottage offers a children's playground that is perfect for keeping the little ones entertained. During our stay, my kids had a blast playing on the swings and slides, and it gave us parents some well-deserved relaxation time on the terrace with a cup of coffee. The hotel truly knows how to cater to families!
Parking issue.

The value for money at Abbey Cottage was great, and the rooms were comfortable and warm. The location was excellent, close to the beach and pubs, in a lovely and quiet neighborhood. The staff were friendly and accommodating.
The hotel breakfast could use some improvement, maybe by offering a wider variety of options.

Lovely property with spacious rooms and a full-size kitchen. the location was perfect, just a short walk away from the beach and local pubs. We were also pleased with the off-road parking provided, making it convenient to come and go.
The directions to the property were not clear and there was no visitor book to provide instructions or guidance on how to make the most of the area. the lack of family board games or activities made it a bit difficult to keep entertained, especially for those with children.
